Halik Ni Gringo Asks “Would You Never?”, Puts Out New Music Video

A few months back, we featured Halik Ni Gringo as our Cover Artist for an entire month. We immediately gravitated towards the band’s combination of earnestness and irreverence, and absolutely loved the band’s debut album “The Call Of Booty”. Now the band has released the video for their latest single from that album, “Would You Never?”.

Describing the video, the band’s press release states:

Delving into Jungian territory, the band inserts itself into an ageing woman’s construct of modern device archetypes, caught in between rigid strokes of sedentary introspection and untenable pandering.

We can wax philosophical about it all we want, but what we have here is a pretty kick-ass performance video with a twist and it’s what you would probably expect from a Halik Ni Gringo music video and then some. The song itself is replete with synth lines and electric guitars blending together into one catchy and danceable track.
The video for “Would You Never?” is  directed by Michael Panganiban and produced by Faith Sta. Ana for Fishtank Films.
THE CALL OF BOOTY is now available at TeamManila Lifestyle Stores in Trinoma, SM North, Rockwell and SM Mall Of Asia.
Also available on iTunes, Wide Eyed Records Manila Shop and at The Grey Market Records.
